13:00pm – 14:30pm Pulmonary Rehab (for anyone with a breathing condition)
TUESDAY
10:30am – 11:30am Gentle Yoga
WEDNESDAY
11:00am – 12:00pm Cardiac Rehab (low to moderate intensity rehab circuit suitable for anyone with a cardiac condition)
13:00pm – 14:00pm Fitness For All (low to moderate intensity rehab circuit suitable for anyone 50+)
14:30pm – 15:30pm LWBC (anyone with a cancer diagnosis – sponsored by Macmillan)
THURSDAY
FRIDAY
11:00am – 12:00pm Cardiac Rehab (low to moderate intensity rehab circuit suitable for anyone with a cardiac condition)
13:00pm – 14:30pm Pulmonary Rehab (for those with breathing conditions)
14:30pm – 15:30pm Young At Heart (seated circuit)
